Renting Timeshares

In the past, I’ve written a lot about searching for accommodations and all the different options available to travelers. However, one option which I haven’t covered is time shares. Time shares are a great option if you have an area you love to visit and hope to return to frequently but don’t want to invest in a full time vacation home.

This set up makes time shares the ideal choice for domestic vacations – especially those in popular resort areas such as California or Florida. One ideal choice is the Grand Pacific Marbrisa Resort which is located in Sunny Southern California. This resort, which is one of Hilton Grand          Vacation Club’s most popular timeshare complex, is located on 41 acres of private land in the heart of Carlsbad. The units have whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, washers and dryers along with enough space for your entire family or group of friends.

California’s weather makes it a great option to visit year round and renting a timeshare means you’ll get to experience it more than once so you can take advantage of all the fun activties nearby. Also, California’s Route 1 means that even driving is a ton of fun – it might inspire you to visit some of the nearby destinations like LA or San Diego.

A timeshare will also give you a more ‘local’ experience – since you won’t be staying a large hotel while still giving you many of the amenities of a resort (such as a pool). They also offer more privacy and flexibility than typical hotels while still being nicer than hostels or other types of accommodations. If you’re planning a trip to Carlsbad, make sure you check this resort out. If you’re planning a trip anywhere else, a timeshare at a luxurious resort is still an option worth checking out.
