Arlington National Cemetery is located just outside of DC. It is the final resting place of many of America’s soldiers and is considered the nations most hallowed ground. The cemetery is so beautiful you find yourself forgetting just how many people are burried there.

I always like visiting Arlington National Cemetery – my grandparents are buried there.
Thanks for reading Andrew. Arlington National is a really nice spot. When did your grandparents serve?
I spent an early weekday morning in Autumn at the cemetery. It was so peaceful and still and the backdrop of the changing leaves set a gorgeous scene.
Thanks for the comment John. Glad you enjoyed your visit. I think its wonderful that DC has made the cemetery such a beautiful place.
